I’m sure others will run into this, so here’s the easy way….

Log in as root, and run the following command.

 

sipxconfig.sh –database reset-superadmin

via SipXecs Forum: SipXecs Users Forum » Superadmin password can’t be reset.

It’s easy to forget usernames and passwords!
