Turns out I was right, there is <a href=\"http:\/\/search.cpan.org\/%7Ebdgregg\/Net-TcpDumpLog-0.11\/TcpDumpLog.pm\">Net::TcpDumpLog<\/a> which can be combined with the <a href=\"http:\/\/search.cpan.org\/%7Eyanick\/NetPacket-1.1.1\/lib\/NetPacket.pm\">NetPacket<\/a> family of modules to parse the higher level protocols.
