The world needs a new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessweek.com\/globalbiz\/content\/mar2009\/gb20090325_407723.htm\">\u201csuper-sovereign reserve currency\u201d<\/a> to replace the current reliance on the dollar, Zhou wrote in a paper published on the People\u2019s Bank of China\u2019s website (Zhou still heads the bank).
